Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) is making plans for two new hotels in Saudi Arabia: Hotel Indigo Riyadh KAFD and InterContinental Riyadh KAFD. The 225-key Hotel Indigo, the brand’s first location in the Middle East, will feature design inspired by the neighborhood with nods to the area’s culture, character, and history. Amenities will include an all-day-dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge café, a business center, three meeting rooms, fitness facilities, pool, secret garden, and a double-height royal suite with balcony.
Meanwhile, the InterContinental calls for 218 guestrooms and suites, seven F&B outlets, four meeting rooms, two board rooms, a dedicated press room, a large ballroom, and a fitness center with lap pool.
