Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc. will open the Value Hotel Worldwide Sejong in South Korea in May 2014, marking a series of firsts: not only is it the brand’s first in South Korea, it will also be the largest hotel and the first upscale hotel in Sejong.
The hotel will boast 15 floors and 307 rooms; the first three floors will be designated for restaurants and retail in 14 separate areas, while the fourth floor will house the lobby, reception area, and business center.
In initiating the build, Vantage Hospitality Group⎯⎯along with Van Asia (Korea) Limited⎯⎯has also entered into a master license agreement with Service Legend Inc., to introduce the Value Inn Worldwide and Value Hotel Worldwide brands to South Korea.
