Former Marriott in Hartford Converts to Sheraton

A Marriott hotel near Hartford, Connecticut, has reflagged as Sheraton Hartford South Hotel. A $6 million renovation will transform the property and bring it to brand standards. Plans call for a revamped lobby, guestrooms outfitted with oversized desks and ergonomic chairs, a new Sheraton Club Lounge, complete remodel of the full-service dining and bar areas, and upgrades to the fitness facility and 8,600 square feet of meeting space.
