Four upscale Palace Resorts properties in Mexico have joined the Wyndham brand. The franchise agreements will expand Wyndham’s presence in the country, as well as the Caribbean, to 26 hotels. The renamed oceanfront properties include:
Beach Palace, Wyndham Grand Resort. Located in the heart of the Cancun hotel and entertainment zone, the hotel features 287 guestrooms with lounge chairs on oversized balconies, three outdoor pools (one that spills into the Caribbean and the other two on the rooftop), spa, and a rooftop Sky Floor featuring a fitness facility and lounge area. The resort also boasts an 8,200-square-foot ballroom.
Isla Mujeres Palace, Wyndham Grand Resort. Minutes from Cancun, this intimate 62-key hotel situated on an ocean lagoon offers signature restaurant Azul, freestyle pool, and private white sand beach.
Playacar Palace, Wyndham Grand Resort. This Playa del Carmen entity has 208 guestrooms, a pool flanked by palm trees, kids’ club, spa, and event facilities that accommodate up to 320.
Xpu-Ha Palace, Wyndham Resort. This 37-acre oasis on Riviera Maya features bungalow-style guest rooms with private terraces and hammocks nestled within the native landscape. Amenities include an expansive pool complex featuring a water park and swim-up bars, five restaurants, and fitness center.
