After 10 years of planning and five years of construction, Four Seasons Beirut has opened its doors. Designed by architectural firm Dar Al Handasa with interiors by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the hotel is infused with local traditions, Lebanese artwork, carved screens, and gilded calligraphy.
Each of the 230 luxuriously appointed guestrooms has a large terrace, while the spa—outfitted in white marble and gold mosaics—features a suede-paneled couple’s suite with a private terrace and Jacuzzi. Other defining features at the Four Seasons include the Grill Room; a rooftop pool offering views of the city below; and the Bar, whose hallmark is a dramatic red and gold chandelier.
