Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is making plans for a Dubai resort opening in 2014. WATG will serve as architect, while BAMO will oversee interiors for the 237-room Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Located on 11 acres of natural waterfront along the Arabian Gulf, the property calls for three restaurants, five meeting rooms and a 6,458-square-foot ballroom with beachfront access, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a private beach club.
