Legendary rocker Gene Simmons is partnering with restaurateur Michael Zislis and concert promoter Dave Furano for Rock & Brews restaurant in El Segundo, California, near Los Angeles. Opening April 3, the venue captures the excitement of live concerts in a themed backstage environment. Large flatscreen TVs will continuously play concert videos and live recordings, while picnic tables and concert lighting contribute to the casual rock-n-roll vibe.
The restaurant’s partners are planning several other locations in the LA area, as well as venues in Maui, Hawaii; Denver; Atlanta; Tokyo; and Los Cabos, Mexico.
