Gensler has promoted Molly Murphy to principal in its New York office.
Murphy serves as the director of the brand design studio in New York, leading a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, and architects. She and her team focus on creating comprehensive brand experiences through strategy and positioning, identity development and integrated graphics, environmental and digital application.
Murphy’s notable projects include her work with Brookfield, the Rockefeller Group, Proskauer, Mikimoto, Chase, Bank of America, and MGM Mirage CityCenter Las Vegas. She holds an MBA and MArch from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where she was a Charles G. Rummel Graduate Fellowship recipient, and she is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), and Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD).
