Developer Bob Youst is bringing a $21 million boutique hotel and conference center to the city of Gilbert, Arizona, says the Arizona Republic. Opening in June, the project comprises the 121-key Legado Hotel and the SanTan Elegante Conference and Reception Center, which features a 1,000-seat ballroom. The venue fills a void in the city, which has lacked a place for large meetings and conventions.
