Glen Coben of New York-based Glen & Co. will design NYLO Nyack in Nyack, New York. The hotel is slated to open in summer 2015.
The hotel, which broke ground in June, will feature a 184-seat restaurant, 58-seat bar and lounge, and indoor and outdoor seating niches, as well as 4,000 square feet of meeting space. The 132-guestrooms will offer an industrial feel and views of the Hudson River.
Housed in a four-story former factory space, the property will mark Rockland County’s first loft-style boutique hotel. Pieces from local artists will be featured throughout, reflecting the town’s creative flair.
