Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is making his Sin City debut with Gordon Ramsay Steak, opening this spring at Paris Las Vegas. EDG Interior Architecture + Design is overseeing the restaurant’s high-energy design, which will reflect edgy, bold designs that bridge the resort’s Parisian theme with Ramsay’s British heritage. The 274-seat venue will have a large bar area, lounge, chef’s table, and private dining room.
