Grand Hyatt Macau has debuted on the Cotai Strip in the new City of Dreams development. High ceilings and an abundant use of glass create a spacious atmosphere. The design features the clean lines of a loft, resulting in spaces that naturally flow into each other. A sweeping Egyptian ivory stone staircase serves as the lobby’s centerpiece.
The hotel’s 791 guestrooms are divided between the Grand Tower and Grand Club Tower, each offering dedicated check-in areas. Photographic art of Macau is featured prominently in the Grand Tower rooms, while original nature-inspired artwork characterizes the Grand Club Tower rooms. Measuring nearly 3,000 square feet, the Chairman’s Suite sits on level 35 of the Grand Club Tower and features residential-style accommodations, including a kitchen with seating, dining area, workspace, home theater sound system, separate entertainment quarters, and security-monitored entrance. The tower’s entire ground floor houses the Grand Club Lounge, which offers a 250-seat restaurant with bar, private dining on an outdoor terrace, library, and two dedicated boardrooms.
The heart of the hotel is its 968,000 square feet of meeting space. Covering more than 23,000 square feet, the pillar-less Grand Ballroom boasts a 26-foot ceiling. The Salão do Teatro event space features an open show kitchen capable of accommodating up to 50 chefs. For more informal events, the Pool Deck is the largest outdoor event venue in Macau and is equipped with a stylish water lounge, eight private VIP cabanas, and expansive landscaped gardens.
For dining options, Beijing Kitchen replicates the successful format of Grand Hyatt Beijing’s Made in China restaurant. Meanwhile, mezza9 Macau is modeled after its sister restaurant at Grand Hyatt Singapore. Other F&B concepts include a lobby lounge with a wine and champagne bar, as well as a coffee bar and patisserie in the lobby. Isala Spa includes 15 spa suites, whirlpools, steam rooms, foot massage room, and freeze showers. A fitness studio overlooks the lap pool and features personalized LCD screens for guests.
