Chef Christian Ragano, formerly of Park Hyatt Chicago’s NoMI, will spearhead New York Central, a new restaurant opening this fall at Grand Hyatt New York. The venue, formerly home to Manhattan Sky Restaurant, is situated on the hotel’s second floor overlooking 42nd Street and will eventually replace the current restaurant, Commodore Grill.
