Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans for the 438-room Grand Hyatt Manila and Residences in the Philippines. Scheduled to open in 2015, the property will occupy the top 14 floors of a 66-story mixed-use tower. Amenities will include multiple F&B outlets, a spa, fitness center, pool, meeting facilities, and 220 residential units.
Wong + Ouyang is the project’s architect, while Bilkey Llinas Design will be responsible for interiors.
