Covington Fabric & Design has appointed Greg Tarver as president and CEO. He most recently serviced as president and COO of the Robert Allen Group for 11 years. Prior to that, he worked with WestPoint Stevens for 27 years. Tarver will be responsible for the company’s operations, sales, and management.
