The Griffin Gate Marriott Resort & Spa in Lexington, Kentucky plans to undergo a $1 million renovation to its lobby and atrium beginning next month.
The revamped entrance will offer a new front desk and porcelain floors that lead into the lobby, while the updated atrium will set the backdrop for business meetings and functions. The new Marriot Greatroom will offer guests a sophisticated meeting space, as well as the revamped JW’s Steakhouse & Bar.
The renovations are part of an extensive $5 million project which began earlier this year. Designed by Rockville, Maryland-based HVS Design, guestrooms received new furnishings, carpeting, and stylish accents. In addition, the resort updated its concierge lounge, hospitality and presidential suites, and Elmendorf and Spendthrift meeting rooms.
