The Hampton brand has made its debut in the Asia-Pacific region with the 72-room Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri in India. Guests have access to a restaurant, lobby work zone, two meeting rooms, rooftop event space, fitness facilities, and an outdoor pool. Hilton has opened six hotels in India in 2011, with plans to launch four more properties in the country over the next seven months.
