Hard Rock International plans to open a Hard Rock hotel in Daytona Beach in collaboration with Bayshore Capital. Expected to debut in 2016 with the running of the 58th Annual Daytona 500, the beachfront site will be the largest in the market.

The 250-room hotel is currently slated for 100 condominium units and two Rock Star suites. Amenities include the Body Rock workout facility, Rock spa, and the Rock shop, as well as a pool complete with bar and grill. More than 28,000 square feet of ballroom and banquet facility space will feature music memorabilia from local and global icons.
With the Sound of Your Stay policy, guests have access to 20 Fender guitars for in-room sessions and a Traktor Kontrol S2 mixer, a laptop with digital mixing software, and Nixon headphones. Additionally, the hotel will boast a recording studio for guests to record their own music to take home.
Says Nelson Parker, senior director of development, Hard Rock International, “Daytona’s sunny beach and history as an iconic vacation hot spot set the stage for a new and exciting Hard Rock Hotel.”
