Hard Rock International has plans to open new properties in three of Mexico’s hottest tourist destinations. The all-inclusive luxury resorts will take over existing Palace Resorts in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and Riviera Maya by fall 2012.
Signature Hard Rock flair will be central to the hotels’ designs. Guestrooms will feature in-room double Jacuzzis, and the hotel’s signature Rock Star Suites boast rock memorabilia from local and international artists.
- With 601 guestrooms, the Hard Rock Cancun features water views, private balconies, and five restaurants, bars, and lounges.
- Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta will be located on the beaches of Bahia de Banderas and feature two swimming pools, four bars, and a new Moon Lounge.
- Hard Rock Riviera Maya combines two Palace Resorts properties for a total of more than 1,200 guestrooms; seven restaurants, including a dinner theatre venue; eight bars; numerous pools, including a grotto; and a spa. The connected properties will cater to distinct groups: the former Aventura Cove Palace to families and the Aventura Spa Palace to adults.
