Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach Wyndham Grand Resort in Hawaii has unveiled the first phase of its new-build project, which includes 85 villas, lagoon pools, a fitness center, marketplace, and upscale sundry shop. Villas include gourmet-style kitchens with granite countertops, spacious walk-in closets, exotic hardwood and natural stone flooring, and state-of-the-art technology. In addition, each villa includes a custom furniture package with premium finishes, indoor and outdoor living spaces, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to spacious lanais.
The second phase of construction is slated to being in May 2011. Upon completion, the resort will feature a central pool with water slide, sand bottom area, cascading waterfalls and swim-through grotto, lagoon-style pools, several hot tubs, fitness center, day spa, poolside bar and grill, covered parking, and semiprivate elevators to each front door.
