Hospitality design firm HBA is expanding its presence in the Middle East. The company has added Leila Abdulrahim as director of its Dubai office, which opened 17 years ago. Abdulrahim, a Dubai resident, brings to the position more than 25 years of successful industry experience focused on luxury hospitality and high-end commercial and entertainment projects.
The office is currently working on several new 5-Star properties, as well as performing refurbishments and designing high-profile residences. HBA recently completed the design of St. Regis Saadiyat Island, the brand’s first hotel in the Middle East, and the St. Regis Nation Towers, both of which are in Abu Dhabi.
