Following a successful HD Expo in Las Vegas in May at new home Mandalay Bay, the Hospitality Design Group has a fresh new lineup for the first-ever HD Americas. Taking place in Florida, the show will run on September 24th and September 25th at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Taking place in the city that is the gateway to Latin America and the Caribbean, the newly rebranded show will put a special emphasis on this emerging market⎯⎯highlighting the successes of international exhibitors, panelists, and attendees.
Brands including PoLArt, Ciel Illuminazione, Loloi Rugs, Tableaux, TUCCI, and others will showcase products ranging from fabrics and textiles, furniture, accessories, lighting fixtures, flooring, artwork, bath fixtures, and window treatments. Aside from the lineup of influential exhibitors and leaders in the hospitality design industry, top individuals from the restaurant, hotel, resort, casino, and spa communities will comprise over 3,500 attendees, who will come together for a series of informative panel discussions, open forums, and workshops at the show.
Carlos Couturier and Moises Micha⎯⎯founders and managing partners of lifestyle hotel company Grupo Habita⎯⎯will headline the conference this year. Participating in a conversation with Hospitality Design magazine’s editor-in-chief Michael Adams, the discussion will cover their unique concepts in the competitive Mexican hotel market, including their recent arrival in New York City and entry into the hostel business.
At Owners’ Roundtable: the Americas Focus, owners, developers, and brand executives-from Hard Rock International, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the Trump Hotel Collection, and many others-will share their insider experiences in developing projects in the Latin American market.
