The Hilton Concord Hotel, located in San Francisco’s East Bay, has started its extensive multimillion-dollar hotel renovation. The total hotel refresh will include all 331 guestrooms and suites, public corridors, lobby, meeting and event space, exterior façade, courtyard, gift shop, business center, and executive lounge.
Featuring an earthy palette of blue, brown, and beige hues, the hotel will be one of the first to be revamped under the Hilton brand’s global repositioning. Sustainability also will play a role in the remodel, with features such as U.S.-made products, Toto Eco water-saving toilets, and LED lighting.
The majority of the hotel renovation is expected to be completed by the end of 2011, with additional hotel enhancements planned for 2012.
