The new-build Hilton Lima Miraflores will open at the end of 2012 as the brand’s first hotel in Peru. The property’s 207 guestrooms-which include 45 executive rooms, nine suites, and a presidential suite-reflect a sophisticated, modern Peruvian aesthetic. Amenities include a full-service restaurant; a lobby bar; sky terrace equipped with a pool, spa, and fitness center; and function space encompassing nine meeting rooms, a grand ballroom, and business center.
