Hilton Worldwide has entered into a franchise agreement for the first Hilton Hotel & Resorts brand in Peru. The 230-key new-build Hilton Lima Miraflores, scheduled to open in early 2012, will convey a modern Peruvian aesthetic with features such as 10 meeting rooms, a business center, grand ballroom, restaurant, two bars, and sky terrace with a pool, spa, and fitness center.
