Hilton Long Island/Huntington in Melville, New York, has completed its $16 million renovation. The revamped lobby features a new front desk and business center; adjacent is the new Basil’s Bistro and Basil’s Lounge. A new steakhouse called Masterson’s is slated to open by year’s end.
The hotel’s 304 guestrooms also underwent a refresh, thanks to new carpeting, bedding, beds, furniture, and artwork. Measuring 26,000 square feet, the two-story event space received new carpeting, wallcoverings, and lighting, while the fitness center underwent a refurbishment as well.
