Hilton Worldwide and Sands China Ltd. have signed a franchise agreement to open the first Conrad hotel in Macau sometime in Q1 2012. Located on the Cotai Strip, the luxury hotel will include 636 guestrooms and suites, four F&B venues, a health club, outdoor pool, and spa. It will be integrated in a development that includes expansive meeting and convention space; two casinos; and a diverse offering of luxury retail outlets, entertainment, and dining options.
