The all-inclusive Hilton Puerto Vallarta Resort is on track for a spring 2012 debut. Overlooking the mountains and Bandera’s Bay, the hotel will have 259 guestrooms and suites; five gourmet restaurants and hip bars and lounges; a spa with a Jacuzzi area, sauna, solarium and beauty salon; outdoor pool; adventure club; and banqueting for up to 600 guests.
