Hilton Worldwide has signed management agreements for two hotels in Bangkok, Thailand. Construction has already begun on the 24-story Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, which will offer 287 guestrooms and suites, an all-day-dining restaurant, bar, lobby lounge, an outdoor swimming pool, health club and spa, meeting space, business center, and an executive floor.
Meanwhile, DoubleTree by Hilton, Sukhumvit Bangkok is a conversion property undergoing a multiphase refurbishment to guestrooms, F&B outlets, conference facilities, and public space. Upon completion, the hotel will have 182 guestrooms and suites, an all-day-dining restaurant and lounge, pool, and fitness center.
Both hotels are scheduled for completion in 2012.
