The $716 million Hilton Surfers Paradise complex has made its official debut on Australia’s Gold Coast. The hotel, which features 169 guestrooms and 250 residences, features a host of amenities. On the F&B front, guests can choose from Salt grill by Luke Mangan, which features a large open-plan kitchen that gives diners direct interaction with the chefs; FIX, an ultra-chic lounge bar; and a gourmet marketplace and European-style deli called the Food Store.
Located at the center of the hotel is the Deck, a 16,000-square-foot space featuring four pools, sauna, private day beds, shaded picnic areas, an outdoor terrace, and BBQ pavilions. Other amenities include an eforea spa, a ballroom, outdoor event spaces, and an executive lounge.
