Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with Palm Grove Beach Hotels to open Conrad Pune-the first Conrad Hotels & Resorts branded hotel in India-in 2015.
The property will be set on Mangaldas Road within Pune’s central business district. Bold geometric shapes, striking colors, and hints of lavish ornamentation will mark Conrad Pune, which has a primarily Art Deco style. High ceilings and dramatic columns will frame the expansive public spaces, while the hotel’s 310 guestrooms will boast six-fixture marble baths.
The 16,200 square feet of meeting and event space will include a grand 8,300-square-foot ballroom, a breakaway function room, a pre-function area, and four boardrooms. An outdoor swimming pool, full-service spa and salon, and six contemporary dining outlets complete the amenities.
