Hilton Worldwide has signed an agreement to take over management of the Al Hamra Fort Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Feature an adjoining convention center, the property will undergo extensive upgrades while maintaining its original Arabic fort-style villas prior to its transformation to the Hilton brand in Q1 2013. The renovation will result in eight F&B beverage outlets including an all-day-dining restaurant and three specialty restaurants, a lobby lounge, and three bars; an executive lounge; private beach; swimming pools; kids club; tennis courts; health club and spa; and a ballroom that can seat up to 800.
