Hilton Worldwide will open four new hotels throughout Russia with the possibility of 11 more properties in the future. In all, the proposed locations will add approximately 2,500 new hotel rooms in multiple Russian locations.
- Hilton Kazan is slated to open in the spring of 2014. Part of a mixed-use development, the hotel will boast 202 rooms, all-day dining, bar, business center, health club, 11 meeting rooms, and a 400-square-meter ballroom.
- The Doubletree by Hilton Moscow, set to open in early 2013, will be located directly across from Vnukovo airport’s main terminal. The 432-room facility includes more than 1,700 square meters of event space, including a grand ballroom measuring 450 square meters.
- The 158-room Hilton Garden Inn Volgograd will open at the end of 2012. Signature offerings include an ergonomic Mirra chair by Herman Miller, business center, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 310 square meters of meeting space.
- The Hampton by Hilton Volgograd Profsoyuznaya, opening in late 2013, will be designed to appeal to both business and leisure travelers.
