Hilton Worldwide will build its first three-flag hotel development in Calgary. A Hampton, Hilton, and Homewood Suites will form the Calgary Airport Hotel Village, representing 509 guestrooms and suites. Hampton and Homewood Suites will share a pool and fitness center, while the Hampton and Hilton hotels will be connected by a 14,000-square-foot conference center. The Homewood Suites and Hampton properties are scheduled to open in Q4 2013, and the Hilton is projected to debut in late 2015.
Chamberlain Architect Svcs. will serve as lead designer.
