Lantz-Boggio Architects, specialists in the design of senior living and care environments, is combining with HKS‘s wealth of experience in healthcare and hospitality to form the HKS Lantz-Boggio Studio.
Jeffrey K. Jensen will lead the new studio. “HKS’s track record integrating hospitality design principles and approaches into the design of our healthcare projects meshes seamlessly with the proven track record of Lantz-Boggio for designing holistic senior living environments,” he says.
The HKS Lantz-Boggio team will provide clients with a comprehensive approach to project creation and delivery, including full project consulting services: world-class design, marketing operations, financial analysis, and project implementation.
Other team leaders for the HKS Lantz-Boggio Studio include Dennis Boggio, senior life experience specialist, and MaryLou Parham, director of interior design. “We believe our combined resources will provide groundbreaking solutions that allow seniors to live the way the way they have always lived, while empowering them to embrace new opportunities for expanding life’s experiences,” Boggio says.
