Real estate developer V3 Hotels has announced plans for the $25 million Hotel 718 in Brooklyn, named after the borough’s area code. Designed by H. Thomas O’Hara, the 19-story property will celebrate the heritage and culture of its location. The hotel’s exterior comprises a textured red artisan brick façade with floor-to-ceiling windows. Amenities include a rooftop sundeck, spa services, fitness room with outdoor deck, and an 80-suite signature restaurant and bar.
V3 recently tapped Benchmark Hospitality to operate the independent hotel, scheduled to open in November.
