Hotel Indigo Hotel Indigo has signed its third hotel in the metro area of Atlanta. Set on Peachtree Street, the hotel is expected to open in the fall of 2015.

The Hotel Indigo Downtown Atlanta location will occupy eight floors of a building first developed 50 years ago by John C. Portman, Jr., whose real estate development firm, Portman Holdings, purchased the building. Portman’s architecture firm, Atlanta-based Portman & Associates will again oversee architectural services.
“Downtown Atlanta is experiencing a surge in growth and development, and we look forward to connecting guests to the newly revitalized neighborhood,” says Mary Winslow, director for Americas brand management of Hotel Indigo. “The hotel will be located in the center of downtown and very close to the new Atlanta Streetcar line, making it easy to step out and explore.”
In addition to this signing, the Hotel Indigo brand recently announced new properties signed in Miami and New York City as well as new or upcoming openings in three major European cities, including Hotel Indigo St. Petersburg Tchaikovskogo, Hotel Indigo Madrid Gran Via, and Hotel Indigo Rome St. George.
