“V” restaurant debuts in February as the first phase of the Hotel Viridian in Seagrove Beach, Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico. The dining outlet will offer a relaxed atmosphere with outdoor seating options. The hotel itself will include 30 guestrooms and 10 villas featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces offering expansive views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, custom-designed furnishings, oversized closets, and opulent bathrooms with freestanding sauna tubs and spa. Other amenities will include a lobby bar, spa and wellness center, retail, and a rooftop garden equipped with an infinity-edge pool and five permanent cabanas. DAG Architects and McWhorter Architects are collaborating on the design.
