As a new hotel concept, HTL Hotels will cater to the new generation of travelers looking for location, quality, and price as well as a personalized and simplifying digital experience.
In May of 2014, HTL Hotels will open its first branch in the center of Stockholm. With 274 rooms, the hotel will represent the starting point of the hotel concept.
“The idea behind HTL is to provide a modern and individualized hotel experience without having to pay a fortune,” says Joachim Högefjord, MD HTL Hotels. “By combining great quality, location, and price with space saving room solutions, we offer the essence of a great hotel experience without compromising on quality or comfort. Our guests only pay for the space they use.”
Designed by architecture firm Koncept Stockholm, the 134-square-foot rooms will feature a functional and module inspired interior. Each detail is chosen and custom designed for HTL for a timeless, Nordic, feminine, and sporty expression. Combined with original details and creative materials, the simple shapes will give the rooms a modern look. The fair color scheme completes the serene atmosphere through the added gradients and large mirrors.
“The room should be a calm and peaceful space, that together with elements of modern and technical materials create an active energy,” says Kucera Wengelin, the project manager. “Kind of like a cashmere sweater with an edge.”
