Window treatment manufacturer Hunter Douglas has acquired Houston-based Gulf Coast Window Covering. The business, a longtime fabricator and distributor of Hunter Douglas products, will continue operating through March before merging with its new parent company.
Bill Gaul, Gulf Coast Window Covering chairman and CEO, and Tom Connell, president, will remain with Hunter Douglas for an extended period of time to help ensure the effective and orderly transition of the business.
