Rockville, M.D.-based HVS Design has completed interior design services for the new Courtyard by Marriott in Washington, DC. Opening Monday, February 18th, the design reflects an urban and classic tone.
The nine-story hotel, located next to George Washington University, features a burgundy palette accented with robin’s egg blue and gold hues throughout the lobby and the hotel’s 149 rooms.
“HVS Design is proud to be part of this dynamic, downtown hotel,” says Jonathan C. Nehmer, managing principal of HVS Design. “This project is a stunning example of our team’s creativity to incorporate of the brand’s refreshing business concept within such a unique, narrow site.”
