HVS has opened its first location in Thailand with a consulting and valuation office in Bangkok. Led by Christian Pucher, HVS Bangkok will offer a number of services to hotel owners, operators, developers, and investors in the region, including development feasibility and market studies, operator search, valuation, strategic consulting, and asset management, among others.
Pucher joins HVS with more than seven years of experience in hotel and resort development in Thailand and across Asia. He previously worked with an international luxury resort operator.
