HVScompassDesign, which has offices in Washington, DC, and Boston, is rebranding as HVS Design to reflect its growth and broader range of services. The principals of the firm include Jonathan Nehmer, Warren G. Feldman, and Steve Rushmore of HVS, working alongside the design principals, Brooke Pearsall and Jasmine Rai.
“HVS Design is a more accurate depiction of all our capabilities within the areas of hotel design,” Nehmer says. “Besides offering worldwide hospitality-focused interior design services, we also provide interior architecture, due diligence studies, and property condition assessments for asset acquisition. The name change reflects the broader scope of our design and design-related services.”
