Hyatt Hotels will acquire Hotel Nikko Mexico and rebrand it as Hyatt Regency Mexico City. The company will invest $40 million over the next three years to renovate the property, which will include 734 refurbished guestrooms and suites, two signature Japanese restaurants, a three-meal restaurant and lobby bar, pool, fitness facilities, a business center, and 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
