Thanks to a management agreement with Cap Vermell Hotel Proyectos y Promociones, S.L.-a Spanish real estate development company-Hyatt is opening its first branded hotel in Spain: the Park Hyatt Mallorca.


The 142-room luxury resort will be built in the style of a traditional Mallorquin hilltop village. Dining options will include two restaurants and a lounge bar, as well as a poolside bar and a beach club. A 13,000-square-foot spa and fitness center and more than 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space will also be available.
Located at the center of a 61-acre master development, the hotel will overlook the Canyamel valley and the ancient town of Artá. The development will also include residential properties and several luxury villas.
