Hyatt Hotels Corporation has rebranded four hotels in France⎯⎯creating Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez, Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Mediterranée, Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile, and Hotel du Louvre, which after a three-year renovation will become an Andaz.
The 950-room Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile includes 21 suites, a concierge club, and two bars and restaurants. As the only hotel with direct access to Palais des Congrès⎯⎯the largest conference venue in Europe⎯⎯the hotel will provide for the center’s approximately 120 conferences per year.
Situated on the beachfront Croisette in Cannes, Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez offers 409 rooms and suites⎯⎯including the 3,280-square-foot Penthouse suite⎯⎯in an Art Deco-style building. F&B options feature La Palme d’Or⎯⎯a Michelin 2-Star restaurant⎯⎯and the Zplage Beach Club and Restaurant. It also houses 15 modulated rooms for a total of 8,202 square feet of meeting space.
Fronting the beach, the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Mediterranée consists of 188 guestrooms and 12 suites, with many boasting individual terraces. The hotel also offers a total of 20,000 square feet of conference and event space.
“We are thrilled to introduce Hyatt to the French Riviera and deepen our brand presence in Europe, specifically in Paris, one of the most visited cities in the world,” says Peter Fulton, group president of EAME/Southwest Asia for Hyatt.
