Hyatt Hotels has slated its first property in Uruguay, the 167-key Hyatt Montevideo. Opening in 2015, the hotel calls for 14 suites, an all-day-dining restaurant, lobby lounge, fitness center, indoor pool, and more than 6,200 square feet of meeting space.
