Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown, the brand’s first in the city, has opened near the University of Wisconsin campus. The hotel’s 151 guestrooms feature multiple areas to work and relax and include the Cozy Corner, an eight-foot couch; plush Hyatt Grand Bed; and ergonomic work center. Every guestroom is also equipped with a media center that allows electronic devices to plug directly into the 42-inch high definition television. Hyatt Place also has 2,500 square feet of meeting space, the 24-hour Guest Kitchen, wine and coffee bar, and fitness center.
