Hyatt Place Long Island/East End has opened its doors in Riverhead, New York. The hotel features 100 guestrooms outfitted with 42-inch LCD TVs, signature plush beds, and eight-foot sectional sofa sleepers; a 24/7 guest kitchen, serving made-to-order snacks and entrees; and bakery café. This fall, 5,300 square feet of meeting space will debut between the hotel, the Long Island Aquarium, and the Long Island Exhibition Center.
