Puerto Rico will receive its second Hyatt Place in 2014 with a 104-key hotel in Manati. The property will offer a social area with a coffeehouse vibe, a guest kitchen for breakfast, a grab-and-go market, restaurant, bar, fitness center, outdoor pool. A casino will adjoin the property.
The brand also will open Hyatt Place Bayamón Hotel & El Tropical Casino in 2014, which is currently under construction.
